MossKing was formed in 1992. The two founding directors are:

Graham King

Graham King is a director of MossKing Associates Limited, and specialises in driving business change. He has considerable management experience, and a proven track record of delivering major advances in business effectiveness. His understanding of business needs is derived from his direct line management experience of a wide range of strategic planning, operations, treasury, IT and service roles.

Graham has extensive project management, interim management and project salvage experience. He has led transition programmes for major companies undergoing fundamental organisational change.

Sheila Moss

Sheila Moss is a director of MossKing. She specialises in the development and implementation of integrated business change, specialising in the impact of change from a customer perspective.

Sheila has worked with a wide range of organisations, assisting them to define and implement business strategy. She provides essential linkage between business and IT/operations to ensure end-to-end integration. Sheila has developed and delivered a range of management training and skills transfer services to enable clients to learn from her experience.

Associates

We use associates to work with us from time to time, when you need a specific skill set we are unable to offer ourselves. This not only means we can meet client needs, but also that we can avoid the "next one out the cupboard is an expert on X" syndrome so tempting when you have staff costs to recover!

We only use associates we know and trust--and only with your prior knowledge and agreement.
