how we do it...

Whatever stage you're at in your change initiative, we have services that can help you.  If you're just starting out, perhaps you need assistance with Strategy Definition, Business Case Development or Project Definition & Planning. Determining your destination and setting off in the right direction are critical to any journey, and achieving successful change is no exception. Get it wrong, and at the very least you'll be wasting your time and money.

If your programme is already scoped out, you may need support in Programme or Project Management, or help to establish an effective Programme Office. If you are implementing major organisational change, it's worthwhile considering a Business Process Review to examine your end business model. Managing staff after unpopular structural change can be extremely difficult. Our Sin Eater service provides an alternative approach.

At any stage in your programme of change, you may want to undertake a Benefits Management exercise, to ensure you're getting the business benefits you expect and need. And if disaster looms, our Rescue & Salvage service might save the day.

Finally, in readiness for going live, you might consider some additional Implementation Planning to ensure rapid acceptance of the change.

We also provide several ways to enable you to learn from our experience and manage change more effectively in future, without relying on consultants.  These include Management Training on Project, Programme and Change Management; MasterClasses for your key staff; our Buddy service, where we work alongside a business leader to effect change; and Coaching on a one-to-one basis.  Click here for more  information on management training and associated skills transfer services.

Sin-eaters were poor persons hired at funerals in olden days, to take upon themselves the sins of the deceased, that the soul might be delivered from Purgatory. We're not suggesting we can take away the sins of the departed, but we can be the focus for negativity during reconstruction and take that negativity away with us when we leave.
